1. Open Joomla directories
YourHost\libraries\joomla\document
2. Look the file document.php
3. Open it with Text Editor like Php Designer of Dreamweaver



4. Delet it or modify the text Joomla! 1.5 - Open Source Content Management do not delet the " " code
